727 W Madison in the West Loop, one of the many new properties managed by Bozzuto, is now open and we’re loving all the features and amenities that this glassy, curvaceous tower has to offer. Bozzuto manages over 6,000 luxury apartments in the downtown area, so we wanted to take a closer look to see what makes 727 W Madison stand out.
What Makes 727 W Madison in West Loop Different
Offering studios to 3 bedrooms, and top-of-the-line amenities, 727 W Madison is a full-service high-rise community. With its eye-catching spiraling exterior glass pattern and towering at just under 500 feet, it’s one of the tallest residential buildings in West Loop. It’s pretty impressive! In fact, due to its curved design, many apartment rooms will have a fantastic view of downtown Chicago.

Why Choose a West Loop Luxury Apartment
The West Loop is home to some of the best restaurants the city has to offer and is a budding artist’s community with shops and galleries galore. It’s also the ideal location for anyone who wants to walk to work — just ask any West Loop resident who used to spend time in rush hour traffic. While close to downtown, there is still a neighborhood feel that makes the West Loop a seriously desirable place to call home.
Here are a few of our favorite spots that you definitely should not miss!
Au Cheval
Au Cheval is an upscale “diner” and bar serving up divine burgers and fried chicken with a twist (check out general jane’s honey fried chicken with chili, cilantro and sesame seeds). This trendy spot has a refined and edited beer collection and offers dairy and gluten-free menus.
Little Goat Diner
Stephanie Izard, executive chef of Little Goat Diner has expanded in the West Loop neighborhood with Goat & The Girl, Goat Group Catering, Duck Duck Goat and The Little Goat. Even with all these choices, you have to start with Little Goat Diner. This spin-off of a diner offers great comfort food with a twist for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Definitely try the “Little Piggy went to China” for some great sweet and savory flavors!
City Winery
City Winery is a 30,000 square foot venue offering an extensive collection of wines and beers, in addition to fine Mediterranean cuisine. The space is home to a variety of events: from culinary & wine classes and tastings to live entertainment. Give their pulled lamb sandwich a go, you will not be disappointed!
It’s difficult to overlook hip and trendy West Loop, with all that it has to offer. It’s a sensational neighborhood with its close proximity to downtown. Whether it’s West Loop or another downtown neighborhood, we’re here to help you find your next luxury apartment!
