So far, we know this boutique luxury apartment building will have 19 stories and will deliver 273 units composed of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units, including some with balconies. While there are no specific details yet about in-unit finishes and building amenities, we are excited to see what they have in store.

Overlooking Mary Bartelme Park, Milieu will get the best of city living, with all the perks of a local park. This block-long greenspace features a children’s play area, fountain plaza and enclosed seating area. The park is perfect for dog owners, with a sunken dog park with continuous filling water bowl, ramps, and artificial canine grass!
