This 33 story, 395 unit building offers 3 spacious layouts. Your choices include studios ranging between 507 to 545 square feet, 1 bedroom/1 bath options between 800 to 900 sq ft and a 2 bedroom/2 bath at 1100 square feet.

One of the best perks about Elm Street Plaza is its roomy closets. But, if you still find yourself in need of more space, storage lockers available on each floor at no extra cost.

All of the apartments in Elm Street Plaza have bay windows and carpeting. The contemporary kitchens come complete with efficient appliances, and dishwashers are furnished in the 1 and 2 bedroom units.

High speed internet is accessible for all residents and don’t sweat the utilities. The air conditioning, heat, water, sewer and trash are all included in the rent.

If you have a cat, you’ll be pleased to know that management allows up to two furry friends per residence and there is no pet fee or pet rent.

Walk one block in any direction and you’ll be surrounded by tons of conveniences. The closest red line train stop is only a 3-4 minute walk at Clark and Division, your closest grocery is next door at the Treasure Island, and if you’re looking for a bar or restaurant, look no more. Some popular and famous favorites are The Lodge, Mother’s Too and Hangge-Uppe.

Parking in the area can be competitive, but there are permit zones on Division and Elm Street. There is also covered parking on site for an additional charge, but I say- unless your work commute is to the burbs, you should sell that car and spend the extra money to fill all of the extra space in your new Gold Coast apartment!

Located around the corner, this eclectic and vintage inspired restaurant explores the edge of multi-cultural boundaries, infusing a wide selection of ingredients.

An authentic Chicago deep dish favorite since 1971, Lou Malnati’s has a location less than 3 blocks from Elm Street Plaza! This Gold Coast staple for locals is layered in distinctive industrial design with a vintage twist. Pop in for the Malnati Chicago Classic pizza and enjoy the outdoor seating during the warmer months or have it delivered to your door quickly, since it’s a hop and a skip away.
